With people's pressing educational demands, facing the seriously conditions of educational competition. Certainly learning how to set up and run the brand of school, if schools want to exist and develop. While establishment and running of brand school are a systematical project, if lacked for scientific orientation, reasonable shape, proper extension, the development of schools will be brought negative effects. Basing this, the paper presents the advice and concrete procedures that build school brand. The former three parts summarize school brand's current research situations, meanings, personalities and the differences from trade brand. From cultural angle, proposing the viewpoints, which consider that the core of school brand is spirit of school, compared with the material and institution culture, school spirit is more inner. The cultivate of school spirit is a process of long term, and through seizing the "person", key problem, further analyzing ways of spirit of school; The latter three parts are the procedure of building and running of school brand. Through holding the basement of psychology and market, illuminating the orientation's processes and tactics in detail; raising that the brand shape should have consciousness of serve and running. Presenting tactics of shape in variety and characterization of brand shape from macros copy and sub atomic; when a school brand gain society and parents' broad trust and favorable impression, school will properly extended using the resource of brand. Proposing concrete tactics of extension through the meanings and value of extension of school brand, quoting a lot of examples. Thus, through analysis above, today school, basing on the need of exist, have to develop and run the school brand in order to be advantageous position in the future educational competition.
