The thesis introduces comprehensively the research behaviorabout the theory of Cooperative Learning home and abroad as well asits concept, characteristic, theoretical basis, and theoreticalsignificance. The present domestic research situation of this topic,Cooperative Learning, is as follow.1. It is rich in theory, but short of practice.2.It is rich in the content about class teaching and topic research,but short of the content touching on student management.In view of the situation, the author put the theory into practice onpolitics classes according to the theory of Cooperative Learning. Atthe same time, the author also put it into practice in class management.He designed a set of class rules and practiced them for 2 years. Byintroducing the operation process of these two experiments, the authoranalyzed the reasons why the theory of Cooperation Learning couldn'tbe practiced effectively in class teaching and class management, andpresented some appropriate solutions as follow.1. The effectiveness of participation is premise of CooperativeLearning.2. Setting psychological environment for Cooperative Learning.3. Paying attention to personality different complementary whilethe students are on cooperative learning.4. Using multidimensional evaluation.5. Giving students the chances to enhance the sense ofcompetition.6. Combining elementary education with competition education.7. Combining innovation with-self-examination. 8. Developing the way of thinking.9. Fostering the ability and consciousness of cooperation.10. Paying great attention to teachers' leading role.
