Practice And Research On The Hierarchical Cooperative Learning Of Mathematics Group In Rural Junior Middle School

With the development of The Times,curriculum reform is also continuing,but there are also obvious differences between rural schools and urban schools.The quality of education in rural schools is not as good as that in urban schools,but teachers coming from rural schools are constantly trying to find teaching suitable methods for their own schools,so that students can learn happily and gain something,so that more students can go to a higher platform.Mathematics has its own characteristics.Mathematics mainly exercise people's thinking ability,spatial imagination ability,calculation ability and so on,so it is not an easy thing to learn mathematics well,especially in the countryside.To solve this problem,the first thing is to let students unite so stratified cooperative learning group is particularly important,secondly,stratified cooperative learning group follow the development of times,it also can solve the problems of the rural students' silence and let the students take part in the class,so using stratified cooperative learning group is necessary in the mathematics teaching.Through careful investigation and data collection,we found that: There is hierarchical cooperative learning is not widely used in rural schools today.In order to solve whether the stratified group cooperation can continue effectively or not in rural middle schools,I take a serious and pragmatic spirit to practice and find the problems of application of group cooperation learning mode in rural middle schools,and timely solve the problems.Based on stratified cooperative learning group as the research,I look up information,do a lot of researches,interview the teachers,questionnaire the students and analyzes the results,finally I get the mode of stratified cooperative learning for rural schools and set up evaluation mechanism to let the students fully integrated into the stratified cooperative learning group so that the students can find the confidence to study.Through three years of the application of the group stratified cooperative learning model and the comparative analysis of the students' achievements,I get the conclusion that the group stratified cooperative learning can be effectively and constantly used in rural areas.
