Conginitve Psychology dominates its area, which contributes psychological foundations to the prevalence of structualism and develops it from a psychological aspect into a cognitive aspect. Results of Research on the effect of Cognitive psychology combined with structuralism on studies are already being widely applied. This thesis, from the aspect of comprehension in studies, deals with the importance of high-school students' mathematical cognitive structure and the necessity of its systemization, called for by the problems posing in the mathematical study process of high-school students. It also explains the workability of its systemization according to the theory of Basic Disciplinary Structure, Congnitive Psychology, Study Strategy and that of Systematicness. Chapter Three from a different angle deals with the methods of putting its systemization into practice. And the last chapter specifies the requirements on both the teachers and students for the implementation of its systemization. The research into the systemization of high-school students' mathematical cognitive structure is based on the generalization of some first-hand teaching experience. It points out its general implementation procedure and some dos and don'ts from the angle of teachers, students, class hours and out-of-class hours.
