As the Chinese Learners' Paradox is being further studied,pedagogy of variation in mathematics teaching has become the focalconcern of experts and scholars. However, questionnaires and visitsto math teachers in middle schools indicate that the current situationin the implementation of pedagogy of variation is far fromsatisfaction. For example, the teachers don't have a thoroughunderstanding of the theory concerning conceptual variation,procedural variation and variation of mathematical language, hencehaving no clear mind in practice.
