Many psychologists and E. S have made systemic and in-depth researches on directing rules and principles of variant teaching. At the same time, some high school teachers have paid much attention to application researches in the process of their teaching. And this is important experience for the "double-bases teaching" in our country. In order to keep up with the times, combining the experience in the process of our mathematical teaching, this thesis tries to do more theoretical and practical analyzing and discussing on the concept variant teaching and process variant teaching.The thesis consists of the following five parts:Chapter I: According to the "Paradox in the studying of china students" , we propose the main research point of this thesis. And the corresponding research background, contents and novelties are introduced in this part.Chapter II: Summarize the status quo of the variant teaching, and illustrate the meaning of the variant teaching, find out the theoretic bases and principles of the variant teaching. Furthermore, we demonstrate the existent mistakes in the practice of the variant teaching.Chapter III: The theoretical foundation and the practical implementation of the concept variant teaching are discussed. According to the characteristics of the mathematical concepts, the formation of the mathematical concepts is consisted of three phases: introduction; formation and consolidation \development\deepenness. Furthermore, the variant teaching is introduced in the different three phases during the studying of the mathematical concepts. Combing the experience of the practical researches, the characteristics of the variant teaching of algebraic concepts and geometrical concepts are summarized.Chapter IV: The theoretical foundation and the practical implementation of the process variant teaching are illustrated. The concepts of the process variant teaching and its effects are introduced firstly. Then the implementation of the process variant teaching is discussed. And more in-depth application researches are done through the practical teaching.Chapter V: The good affects of the variant teaching on the cultivation of the students. Summarize the major researches of the paper, and point out the next study work and study ideas. summary the good effect of the variant teaching on the cultivation of the students, train the students divergent thinking, abstract thinking and reduction thinking, then depen the mathmatical thingking. Finally point out the next work direct and study ideas on the basis of teaching pravctice.
