Routs And Strategies Of Legal Education In The Primary And Secondary Schools On New Curriculum Reform

In the modern government by law society, human's concept of law and observes law and discipline the behavior, is human's one important quality. The education in respect for the law is the civic education important content, is one kind of life-long education. The elementary and middle schools education in respect for the law is the civic education, an education for all-around development extremely important stage and the content. However, the school education in the legal system by the traditional education model, there are drawbacks, the legal system is not conducive to school education. In modern society where the rule of law, the concept of law and discipline, is an important quality is the essential qualities of modern one. Therefore, I believe it is necessary to strengthen the new curriculum of legal education, legal education in primary and secondary schools to promote scientific, effective and reasonable.This paper defines the first part mainly on legal education, and explained the moral and legal education and the relationship between basic education.Main courses described in the second part of the traditional background of the state of our primary and secondary education in the legal system. And primary and secondary analysis of the legal issues such as : the existence of sufficient importance to the legal system and so on.The third part is the core of this paper. Mainly elaborated the new curriculum reform under the basic concept of legal education, legal education in the primary and secondary routes to choose : 1 goal should be to enable students to "the law" to foster their sense of rights and culture; 2 it should be a passive way of the "study" to take the initiative "construct. "The fourth part about the new curriculum reform and legal education under the basic strategies: 1, primary and secondary school education and legal education is the main strongholds; 2, family education is the primary and secondary education to strengthen legal point; 3, primary and secondary education is a community legal education based on the point; 4, the integration of schools, families, community education, primary and secondary education in the legal system to achieve integration.
