The development and application about the resources of the course of art for the primary and middle school students is one of the important study subjects. It is also granted as the subject in Sichuan Normal University in November, 2005. I consider it is significant for the reform and development of art education. The thesis intend to study several problems includes the course of art, the meaning of the resources of the course of art, the current situation about the development and application of the course, the recourse of the students'experience, process of the teaching, the parents, local artists, as well as the transition and application of the resource,the integration of the course.The first chapter analyses the meaning of the resources of the course, points out the relationship among the recourse of course, teaching materials and textbooks, introduces the current situation about the development and application of the course, elaborates and catalogs the recourse of course. All of the above want to points out the important meaning of the exploitation of recourse of course. The second chapter intends to analyze the way of the exploitation of recourse of course from the perspective includes teacher training, excavate the recourse of course by the information technology as well as emphasize the characters. The third chapter continue to analyze why the teacher and students is the most important recourse in the art course. I consider the people could create the more valuable things than themselves and they can drive the continuing development of the course. They are not only the media of the recourse of course but also the main role in the exploitation of recourse of course. The four chapter intends to elaborate the key for the exploitation of recourse of course is to use reasonably for teacher could fully exert their intelligent and abilities.At last, the thesis want to elaborate the relationship between the integration of course and recourse. I consider the new course need the teacher they have all-round abilities, including the encyclopedically knowledge and open mind. They are acquired to strengthen the knowledge of course, have enough experience from the teaching. The teacher should take advantage of the recourse creatively and serve as the teaching.
