Since rapid development has generated in campus psychological counseling and mental health education influence is gradually formed. However, some studies show that even when necessary, many students may not use psychological counseling or corresponding psychological services.This paper is based on the stage model theory of Jiang Guangrong and cognitive motivation model on psychological help-seeking of Xia Mian, then add two cognitive factors of significant forecasting effect on psychological recourse attitude to arrange intervention experiment:social capacity to recognize degrees of psychological counseling and self efficacy counseling client. We selected a class from middle school randomly as the experimental group, and carried out four times group cognitive interventions in a semester, an alternate homogeneous class is selected as the control group. The experiment is designed to test whether middle school students’s psychological help attitude and how to influenced by cognitive intervention study.The study shows that:1.In high school groups, women’s professional psychological recourse attitude is more positive than men.2.There is no difference in gender as consulting the self-efficacy of the parties and social capacity to recognize degrees of psychological recourse behavior.3.The self-efficacy as a psychological consultation has significant relationship with professional psychological recourse.4.The self-efficacy as a psychological consultation can significantly predict students’professional psychological recourse attitude. The ability to explain the professional psychological recourse attitude is up to 16.4%.5.We can improve high school students’ social capacity of psychological recourse through group intervention, for improving the attitude of the high school students seek professional psychological help.Research results show that the attitude of middle school students for the psychological recourse can be influenced by target group intervention, the affection makes changes on the male’s attitude are more obvious than female.
