In the 2's to 3's 20th Century, village education was popular for awhile in China. Many educators,Education group and Community of all walks of lifeall paid close attention to villages and village education. Village education, whichaimed at putting one's hand to improving life and carrying forward building villagesthrough education peasantry, is not only one kind of significant education ideologicaltrend of Chinese modern education history but also the significant social reformationmovement in the Chinese contemporary history. Huang Yanpei,Yan Yangchu,TaoHangzhi and Liang Shuming are representative personage of village educationmovement, and their village education aim,measure,school idea,knowledge incarrying out village education and so on have many same and distinction point, andtheir experience and lesson shows reference and inspiration for people who go in forvillage education reform today.The research relates to three section substances: Building village,Village educationand village profession education. Village profession education is one part of villageeducation, whose relationship to the building village is closer. Village education is themeasure of building village, while the building village is the most ultimate target ofvillage education. The paper has investigated several respects of village professioneducation including education target,education substance,education organization andshape. The village profession education target was mostly the common people, amongthem there were the common people with specified culture, who were arranged toaccept special education. Village profession education reached to a situation wherestudents were taught according to their aptitude; The village profession educationsubstance was chiefly a livelihood education; The village profession educationorganization and shape were very rich, and some of those shapes give us significantinspiration. Moreover, the paper has carried on the special inquiry to the most heat pointproblem like teachers' problem of village profession education,Taking up anoccupation,the problem along with leads part and so on, and these problems are thekey elements that make village profession education exist and develop. On the base of researching a series of theory and practice problems of village profession education, thepaper has summed up and summarized the feature of every respect of village professioneducation uniting the ultimate target of building village, and has summed up andpurified out some pieces of inspiration on the development of countryside professioneducation now.
