| Classroom teaching is a center of school education, and the quality of classroom teaching can show the level of a teacher's teaching. It is a hot project for many teachers and researchers how to reform classroom teaching and bring the advanced idea of education into daily teaching behavior. At present, the reformation of basic education in our country proposes some new idea and mode on education. In Program of Curriculum Reformation for Basic Education, it was pointed that the teaching approach of teacher, learning approach of student, and interactivity between teacher and student would be reformed. So, the trendency of classroom teaching reform is closely related to the transformation of teaching mode, and the study of teacher teaching mode is the important content of new curriculum reformation for basic education. Study of teacher's teaching mode should begin with classroom teaching, and we would try to change the traditional teaching method, in which teacher, classroom and teaching material are considered as the center of education, into the open teaching method, which is multi-trench and multiformity with student as center of education. The idea of new curriculum reformation would be achieved only by teacher's teaching.Based on the advanced teaching idea of new curriculum, some suggestions about transformation of teaching mode for primary teacher were proposed in this paper. With a lot of surveys, interviews and observations in classroom, we investigated in detail the current state of teaching mode for primary teacher and some problems, which many primary teachers face in classroom.The thesis included four parts. The first part is review, in which the background and significance of the study and some basic concept on teaching were introduced. In the second part, the object and approach of study were stated. In the third part, the current state of teacher was analyzed. The result of our investigation includes the delightful change and some existed problems. The survey showed that the implementment of the new curricumilum reform brought some delightful change to the classroom of primary and secondary school. For example, classroom teaching is translating from knowledge-centered to student-centered. When teachers are imparting knowledge, attaching more important to students' atutonomous learning, they try to create teaching situation in order to inspire students'lerning interest in classroom. However, it is also found that there are some new problems on the translations of teaching approach for primary teacher, which affect on a new round the result of teaching reform. Though a large number of teachers accept the new curriculum ideology, they have a variety of puzzles in teaching practice. For example, some teachers still look knowledge as center and pay attention to learning achievement; some teachers do not pay attention to cultivate questioning and challenging spirit of student in daily teaching; there are some differences between students'learning approach and the requirement of new curriculum. On the other hand, these also show that there are some contradictions between the ideology and require of the new curriculum, and the teaching opinion and ability of present teacher. In last part, but not the least important, the author gave some suggestions on present teaching state of primary teacher in order to promote the change of teaching mode.Teacher is guider of teaching, and educational reform is completed by teaching practice of teacher. The significance of new curriculum can be achieved only by concrete educational practice. Teacher should actively change their teaching approach and make great efforts to improve their teaching level. The favoring implement of the new curriculum mainly depends on whether teachers adapt to its requirement. The teacher must strengthen organization teaching ability, and constantly discover and solve problem. Teacher, as the erector and developer of curficumilum, should reinforce learning and understanding the idea of new curriculum so that they could bring new curricumilum idea into teaching practice. By developing practical activity in classroom teaching, teacher should process the active self-reflection; change teaching approach, and improve teaching level in classroom. |
