The establishment of campus network creates a good information technology environment for teachers and students. In recent years, with the development of multimedia technology and the construction of campus e-learning environment, It is becoming a trend that Learners use campus network learning environment and modern learning tools for their independent learning. Participating in campus network-curriculums' e-learning is one of the most important way.The development of e-learning, that based on campus network environment and combines e-learning and traditional classroom learning, brings reform to education theory and education method. This reform is not just simple improvements of using of education media, it also includes constantly update of teaching-learning's theory and mode.In campus e-learning, learning environment includes both traditional classroom and network classroom, so the method that delivers knowledge and the environment for learning have undergone a drastic change. In a high degree, Learners' study is self-regulate independent learning. Therefore, when the learners who grow up in traditional learning environment begin to participate e-learning that based on campus network learning environment, their habits and methods for learning that developed in the traditional classroom learning environment will change a lot in order to adapt to the needs of e-learning environment. In such a premise, to gradually foster learners' independent learning ability, to improve their learning efficiency and effectiveness, teaching staffs have to afford proper direction and guidance for learners' study, according to characteristics that their learning behaviors' changed. So, scientific analysis and grasp of the feature of Learners' behavior and activities is very necessary. This can provide important basis and methods for teaching staffs to scientifically and reasonably guide learners learning activities. It also can be used to guide learners planning, restrain their own learning behaviors, improving their ability of self-regulated independent learning.This study's object is college's full-time students who have no e-learning experience. With Shaanxi Normal University's "modern educational technology" e-leaning practice, through track and record Learners' learning behavior, then collect, clean, sort and analyze information and data collected from learners' terminal that reflect Learner's activities. From doing these to grasp principles and general features of college learners' e-learning behaviors, these include learners' learning attitudes and learning styles, learning processes and learning methods, learning contents and learning results and the physical environment and social environment of e-learning. This study targets to grasp these features to provide scientific theory and methodology guidance to teaching staff to help them direct, organize and guide college students' self-regulated independent e-learning activities.This study is organized with five chapters:Chapter 1: Overview. Mainly define some concepts related to "learning behavioral characteristics", elaborate the developing of studies in "learning behavioral characteristics" and this study's objection.Chapter 2: Study background. Fist, overview the concept and characteristics of'campus e-learning environment" and the general process of learning activities based on campus e-learning environment. Then, introduce this study's selected e-learning practice cases -- Shaanxi Normal University's "Modem Educational Technology" e-learning Platform's functions and the organization and develop process of it's e-learning activities.Chapter 3: Theories and research methods that this study based on.Chapter 4: Practical study of learners' group learning behaviors' characteristics based on campus-network's independent learning. Combining with Shaanxi Normal University's students' learning practice in the "modern educational technology" network curriculum's to analyze this learner groups' group learning behaviors' characteristics when they participate in independent learning based on campus-network for the first time.Chapter 5: Conclusion. State this study's conclusion, shortcomings and further research directions.
