In recent years corruption phenomena in education has been attracting public's attention through medias more frequently than before, which shows that corruption phenomena has spread from the society to the ivory tower. High education in the turn of society is facing unprecedented development opportunities and is developing at a rapid speed with more and more economic and social benefits. Meanwhile, corruption phenomena, having a negative influence on our society, have been arising in colleges. Economic corruption cases occur more often than ever, drawing many people's attention. Corruption in colleges severely harms the social image of high education and hinders its development. Therefore, it has been vital to know where it comes from and how to stop it. So many experts and scholars are making a research on that. In this thesis, the writer also offers his standpoints. Based on investigation and studies, the writer discussed the problem in an all-round way, using such a method as asking questions, analyzing questions and solving questions. Firstly, the writer elaborates styles and characteristics of corruption in colleges. Then he analyzed the general character existing in social corruption and special character in colleges. Finally he thinks the best way to stop corruption in colleges is to bring it under control according to law, removing corruption cases and their root causes. To avoid misuse of rights, not only should the rights be controlled legally, but also people's morality should be improved. Generally, the system must be strengthened, and specifically, some social conducts should be standardized, nipping an evil in the bud.
