The standard of technical appraising doesn't make concrete regulation. More teachers adop routine teaching methode, and less techers adop modern education technology means. Appraise result exisists difference in grasping technology content of courses. Teaching material of more universities lag relatively. A lot of teachers and students satisfied degree is not high in teaching condition. A lot of teachers and students have the altitude cognition in importance of the ability cultivates. The age of the range from 36 to 50 is key part in teacher struture, the educational background structure of teachers insist to hang down, and professor is too little. During 3 years, the thesis publicly insists to be short and exist differences between universities. Teacher's educate idea is advanced and the knowledge structure is reasonable.
