Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Track And Field Games In Some Colleges And Universities In Zhengzhou

Athletics has a profound history of sports culture.It is one of the most extensive sporting events in the world,and it occupies a pivotal position in various major sports events.As a basic sports event,track and field athletics have high exercise value,can improve people's physical fitness and athletic ability in all directions,and cultivate determination and courage.Because of its own characteristics,it has also become an important part of school physical education.The hosting of the athletics sports meeting is one of the important contents of the school sports work.It is also an important way for the school sports activities to be carried out.It is an important measure to promote school sports activities,enhance students' physical fitness,and increasestudents' enthusiasm for participating in sports activities.Through investigations,it has been found that the school athletics games held every school year seem to have become a fixed process for many colleges and universities.Repeatedly setting up projects and organizing forms year after year has lost the attention of the general public.The significance of the presentation and communication of the sports club is far from enough.The impact of college athletics on the school sports culture is weakening step by step.In this paper,Zhengzhou University in Zhengzhou,Henan Agricultural University,Henan University of Technology,North China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower,Zhengzhou Institute of Aeronautical Industry Management,Henan University of Economics and Law,Zhengzhou Teachers College,Henan University of Finance and Finance 8 universities,using literature data,Questionnaire surveys,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis methods were used to investigate the current situation of the athletics athletics event setting,competition subjects,and participation in these colleges and universities.It was found that there are problems in the short-term training of the eight colleges and universities' track and field events,the number of students participating in the competition,the single set of competition items,and the separation of teaching and competition.Based on actual investigations,the problems in the process of holding eight athletics athletic meets in Zhengzhou City were analyzed,and suggestions were made to appropriately adjust the duration of the event;the combination of competition and interest led to diversification of project design and optimization of course teaching and other countermeasures.It is hoped that this study can help the healthy development of college athletics in Zhengzhou City so that more students can truly participate in the track and field games.
