Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Track And Field Teachers In Colleges And Universities Of Colleges And Universities In Henan

Track and field as the oldest sports,it is accompanied by the progress of human development,and with the development of science and improvement.From the most basic skills of human activities to the first gold medals of the Olympic Games,it has a broad mass character,and is loved by the masses of people for its high exercise value and simple facilities.It plays an important role in improving the physical quality of the whole people.Track and field curriculum is one of the earliest major courses of physical education majors.Because of its basic role in sports,it determines the importance of track and field courses in school physical education.The correct guidance and teaching of track and field teachers is the prerequisite for track and field courses to play their basic role.Therefore,training high-level track and field teachers is particularly important.Then,push up the trend,the colleges and universities sports colleges and universities are to train the cradle of track and field teachers,the level of the upstream teachers team determines the level of the lower level of teachers.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the teachers' team of track and field teachers in Colleges and universities.By the end of 2016,in Henan Province,there were 23 institutions of higher learning in addition to private schools.Through the consideration of the nature of the school,the categories of the sports specialty and the regional distribution,the present situation and Development Countermeasures of the track and field teachers in the college and University of Henan Province,which are 11 representative,are studied in this paper.Based on the survey and analysis of the current situation of track and field teachers in Henan's colleges and universities,the following conclusions are drawn:The track and field teachers in the colleges and universities of colleges and universities in Henan province are mainly middle-aged teachers.They have good knowledge of track and field professional knowledge.The age structure,teaching age structure,educational structure and title structure are more reasonable,and the quantity can basically meet the needs of teaching.However,the learning structure is single,the level of scientific research is relatively low,and there is a lack of educational theoretical knowledge and scientific and cultural knowledge of non sports majors.Teachers' teaching tasks are large,and their innovative ability and audio-visual teaching ability are poor.The leaders lack enough attention,lack of funds and lack of intrinsic motivation for scientific research and further learning opportunities.The main problems of track and field teachers in Henan colleges and universities are as follows: the level of education needs to be improved,the academic structure is single,the phenomenon of "inbreeding" is serious;the knowledge structure,especially the foreign language level,needs to be improved;the teaching means and methods can not keep pace with the times and lack innovation.The number of athletes needs to be improved;the training mechanism of track and field teachers is not perfect.Based on the above situation,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: to guide the rational flow of physical education teachers in Colleges and universities in Henan province and to restrict the number of graduates trained in Henan Province in the process of introducing college teachers through policy making,so that the "learning edge structure" of college track and field teachers can be improved and the system of talent evaluation is reformed.To construct and improve the scientific evaluation system,the system of personnel evaluation and the system of talent evaluation and appointment will be used to judge the excessive emphasis on the number of papers and the publication of academic monographs in the title of college teachers,and to pay attention to the effectiveness of teaching and educating people in the process of evaluating the title of teachers;and the use of various financing channels,Broaden the source of track and field funds and increase financial support.On the one hand,we should strive for more investment in education,and on the other hand,we should strive for sponsorship to enterprises and units.In addition,we can increase income through paid training,strengthen the training and training of track and field teachers,improve the quality of track and field teachers,and improve the professional knowledge of track and field teachers.For track and field teaching objectives and teaching objectives should be clear,track and field teachers should continuously improve their own scientific research ability and writing ability.We should strengthen the study of theoretical knowledge and professional skills of the new track and field,strengthen the spirit of loving the job and dedication,optimize the internal management incentive system of the colleges and
