The Study On The Comparison Of Training Mode Between Chinese And Japanese Youth Soccer Players

The training of reserve talents is a strategic problem of sustainable development in any competition .To keep the constant improvement in competition ,we must follow the rules of its development and the competitors'personal growth ,and work hard at it .China and Japan are the two countries in East Asia , so, they have a lot of similarities in culture and physical conditions, but the Japanese level has been superior to us in recent ten years ,and it has made great progress in international games .For example ,it's adult team went into the final in the Word Cup in 1998 , and was the champion of Asia Cup in 2000 and 2004, it was the 2nd of Union Cup in 2001, the 9th of the 17th Word Cup in 2002 , and went into the final of the 18th World Cup as well ;it's youth team won the silver medal in the Word Youth Cup in 1999 ,and the 2nd in the 2000 Olympic games. Since 1997 , it has always participated in the final competition . So, we can see the gap is becoming larger between the two countries .From the comparison and study of the cultivate mode of the soccer players ,we can easily find the differences ,causes and gap in teenager football games, gain useful experience ,and then take measures to solve the problems in our country under the condition of the original advantages .The purpose of this article is to study the scientific development mode ,explore the rules of the development of football ,absorb the advanced experience ,and give some references to a rapid development for soccer games .The methods of searching documents and materials, talking and investigating, making comparisons and doing comprehensive analysis have been adopted here .In the following ,we'll discuss about the cultivating system of the players, construction of reserve team ,competition system ,and training of referees in the two countries . Compared with Japan, there are some unscientific and unreasonable problems in cultivating system of the reserve talents in football games, and training of referees in China. These problems result from some social reasons and the soccer game itself .It's suggested that we should accept successful experience from Japan, make our system a more reasonable one for our Chinese teenager players, In order to foster more excellent football reserve talents, from a sustainable development system and complete good circulation to improve football players, we can make our football development better and more rapidly.
