Analysis And Evasion Of The Ethical Problems Of Chinese Professional Soccer Players From The Perspective Of Rule Of Law

Since the 18 th CPC Party Congress,an important task to revitalize football for the development of sports and the construction of sports power have been on the agenda by the Center Committee with Comrade Xi as General Secretary.The reform and development of Chinese football is in a critical historical period.General Secretary Xi Jinping has given several instructions to elevate the overall level of Chinese football.Li Keqiang,the prime minister also attaches great importance to our country's football career.The State Council issued “The Overall Concept of Reform and Development of Chinese Football” in March 2015.It's an unprecedented great opportunity for football reform in our country.Football sports,especially professional football has the widespread social impact,which has such characteristics as wide coverage,timeliness,significant influence.Only grab the most representative and the top of this industry--Chinese professional soccer player,can develop and revitalize football sports.Development and improvement of the level of our professional soccer players' ethic can not only promote the spirit of patriotism and collectivism effectively,but also cultivate the national pride,the sense of responsibility and the sports culture,which has significance for realizing our sports power dream.Reviewed the development and reform of professional football in China,there are so many ethical and moral issues,for instance,the chaos ethos and competition order among professional league,the expectation of quick bucks,etc.These would seriously impact the process of Chinese football and the dream of powerful sports country.The purpose of this study is based on the current Chinese men's professional football league players' ethic problems,and on the basis of experts,uses the theory of ethics,law,sociology and management knowledge to explore how to make Chinese professional soccer players avoid ethical problems effectively.And try to make contributions to the moral level improvement of Chinese professional soccer players and to promote football reform in our country steadily.This thesis analyze the ethical problems of Chinese professional football players under the rule of law,through the literature material methods,case analysis,combined with typical events which have high social influence as well as high media exposure inrecent years.The thesis explores the deep reasons and elusion tactics of the frequent occurrence of such problems.In order to promote Chinese football even the whole competitive sports' competition environment,this thesis provides valuable theoretical reference to promote our sports industry towards healthy direction.The results indicate that the frequency of Chinese professional soccer players' ethical problems have these reasons;first,low humanities quality and lack of law consciousness.Second,the influence of globalization,commercialization,professional towards professional soccer players.Third,the imperfections of football management system,club management system and professional soccer players management system.Forth,the lack of clear specific rules for the relevant decisions in football field.Aiming at these problems,puts forward the following suggestions:1.To learn the moral essence of Chinese traditional culture and construction of football culture with Chinese characteristics.2.To strengthen the cultivation of professional soccer players' ethics and play an exemplary role of football workers abide by professional ethics.3.To believe football deep reform firmly,complete football administration system further;To strengthen the construction of professional soccer player management system and moral mechanism and speed up the construction of modern enterprise system of professional soccer clubs in China.4.To create a nice public opinion environment in football.5.To improve the moral standards for fans and create a good external environment.6.To confirm the predominance of football under the rule of law.
