Along with world economic development, moral plays more and more important rolesin maintenance society stability and advancement. This made various countries asktalented person for not only has certain specialized quality but also has higher moralquality. One country's overall social ethics level is an important judgment of thiscountry's composite strength. This set the request to the school moral educationobjective. School moral education objective mainly refers to the specificationrequirement on school moral education to raise politics, thought, and moral characterwhich student should achieve. School moral education objective may concretelydivide into different section, like elementary school stage moral education objective,middle school stage moral education objective, university moral education objectiveand so on. School moral education objective is the starting point and the end-result ofschool moral education, it plays a key role to the development of school moraleducation. Under the developing of world integration and economic globalization in21st, the making and developing of every state's school moral education goal alsoemerged convergence phenomenon. This paper tries to find out their common points,as in the content, various countries generally take citizen morals seriously. It mainlytakes kindness as the core, trains people has good moral character; Emphasized socialethics consciousness, trains student to have basic personal character quality to adaptmodern society development; Deepens patriotic education, takes the national spiritraising as the priority target of moral education and so on. As in the method, based onour country tradition, profits from each nation's outstanding moral culture; andanalyses the basic elements of national establishing moral education goal, through acomparative analysis of national moral education goals. Then from looking for themain problems of our school moral education goal exist in practice currently throughthe convergence phenomenon of national moral education goals, such as too broad,moral and political education confused; students lack of civic awareness, moraleducation goal separated itself from real life; attention knowledge lighten action,effectiveness is not strong; and it has closing features, without combination to theopenness feature of marketing economy, and so on. Finally, author proposed that ourschool moral education goal should take citizen moral primarily, and train qualifiedcitizen in 21st to construct our school moral education goal in new era with the focuson the convergence of national school moral education goals. At the same time,school moral education goal constructs must develop with time advance, follow closeon social needs, and manifest the open characteristic which the market economysociety develops. In addition, the most essential is manifest our national spirit,realizes the global character and the national characteristic unification in constructingmoral education goal identity. This research strives for the homogeneous analysisthrough various countries' school moral education goal, find out moral educationobjective's general character in different time, different states, and discussing itsgeneral regularity. Provides model and reference on school moral education goalformulation in new era to change from social class moral (planned economy time) tomarket economy society citizen moral.
