The teacher evaluation-based assessment carried out to expand training programs in colleges and universities, students receive the highest teachers and students the comprehensive evaluation of the proportion of evaluation methods. (4) expand the rejuvenation of training classroom teachers, teacher qualifications graduate school policy is the most important factors affect the teachers to participate in teaching knowledge continuing education, classroom teachers should actively participate in teaching knowledge and continuing education.(5) in order to guarantee the expansion of training courses have a good effect of teaching is necessary according to the time change, conditions change, the changing objectives of student teaching, and advancing with the preparation of syllabus and uniform textbooks.
