At present the slow reduction union fast reduces body weight method which use by the most domestic wrestling trainers and the athlete, is controls the training period before the match divide into the slow reduction time and the fast reduction time. The slow reduction time mainly reduce the body fat, the fast reduction time is approaches the match fast to reduce the body weight to the goal rank. Two reduction times reduction emphasis point is different, the slow reduction time main training goal by no means purely slowly reduces the body fat, but is through the high intensity and great physiological load of resistant practices and simulates the match exercise to enhance the special ability and competition ability. At the same time, increase the aerobic exercise proportion, enhance the fat energy consumption, reduce the physical fat as far as possible The fast reduction time main goal is reduce the body weight, later training period before the match, adopt the medium intensity and small physiological load of exercise, through the control diet and the potable water, fast fall the body weight to the participative standard. This kind of reduction method merit is, not only maintain the special ability and competition ability, but also reduce the difficulty of fast fall the body weight, reduce the unnecessary body fat as far as possible and retain the lean body mass, thus is helpful in maintain athlete's best physical functional condition.Although the slow reduction union fast reduce body weight as one kind of the important reduction method which use generally by the wrestling trainer and the athlete, but there lack research and the report about this reduction method to wrestler body function influence. This research is precisely attempt take the Beijing Greece-Roman wrestler who attend the wrestling preliminary contest of the 10th national games of the People's Republic of China as the research object, tracking and monitoring the athlete physical function target during the reduce weight period, observe the target change situation about athlete body composition, the cardiovascular system, the anaerobic metabolic capacity, the immunity system, the endocrine system, the oxygen transport system, the skeletal muscle system and the organization damages, the substance and energy metabolism and the psychological etc, to seek the athlete physical function change characteristic under this reduction method, provide the basis for wrestling trainer and the athlete to grasp the athlete physical function condition accurately, arrangement training plan reasonably, reduce weight effectively, and pointed to supplement nutrition.The results show as follows:1. The slow reduction union fast reduces method, may effectively help the wrestling athlete to increase the fat consumption, and reduces lean body mass loss.2. The slow reduction union fast reduces method, cannot obvious influence the wrestling athlete cardiovascular function.3. The slow reduction union fast reduces method, to wrestling athlete the phosphate energy supply capacity has not affect, but can create the glycolysis energy supply capacity certain degree the drop.4. The slow reduction union fast reduces method, does not have the obvious influence to the wrestling athlete organism immunity ability.5. After the slow reduces weight the wrestling athlete blood testosterone level does not have the remarkable difference with the reduction before. And can effectively increase the athlete fat consumption, reduces the protein decomposition, reduces lean body mass loss. Indicated this reduction training way has a more obvious superiority, and has the certain reference value.
