Recently, more and more people known that if there's teacher's reform then the education will have reform clearly. However, teacher's reform isn't only realized by one teacher's efforts. So if there is dialogue and cooperation between the teachers, that will promote their development together and educational development. On this level, study of communication between the teachers isn't Leaves oneself open to rumor, It is an aspect of the teacher's educational study.Teacher's communication means that in school education system, the teachers in the different groups make the teaching center, they all strive for the same goal of teaching, that mean the course of teacher's communication and changing information. It concludes teacher's communicated goal communicated content communicated way and the teacher's epistemology of their communication. Questionnaire survey and observation is the main way of this study, it mainly investigated theory and practice through 259 middle school teachers in Dalian city, and I had observed their communication in some middle school in Dalian for just one month. On this level, this thesis analysis and explain phenomenon and characteristic and effected factors of the teacher's communication, this based on the theory of communication, and I explained it initially its goal, content, object, way and epistemology, induced its characteristic and effected factors, conclusions follows:First, from its goal, their communication has tool and emotional characteristic; second, from the content and way, their communication has abundant and open characteristic; third, from its objects'selection and range, their communication has close and sole characteristic, and it shows geographical features; fourth, from their epistemology, their communication has competitive and cooperated characteristic. In addition, between different age, sex, classroom teacher and non-classroom teacher, their communication has each characteristic. This thesis based on that five aspects to analysis and explain individual factors and social factors, at last, this thesis gave some think and suggestion.This thesis can be understood the complement of teachers'communicated theory, it maybe try to promote teachers develop well, and it maybe promote teacher professional development and give enlightenment for school reform.
