Because gymnastics practice to is at the growth peak the youth saidthat, is an extremely good exercise project, it to improves thestudent body the basic shape, raises the correct bodily posture andthe esthetic consciousness, enhances the strength, keen, coordinated,is pliable but hard to break and so on the physical quality andcontrols own balanced ability, strengthens protects oneself theability under each kind of environment, raises courage, bearshardships and stands hard work and so on the good quality to have thespecial value.In 2000 by the Ministry of Education, the national sports bureau, themedical department, the state ethnic affair commission, the scienceand technology department and so on jointly has carried on theinvestigation and study to the national student physique and thehealth. The investigation and study result indicated that, elementaryand middle school students which while the height, the body weight,the chest measurement equiform condition growth unceasingly enhance,the physical ability quality assumes the drop tendency, endurance, thestrength, the pliable but hard to break quality in 1995 further dropsin the foundation which 1985 dropped, this had no alternative but toarouse our interest.
