Self-evaluation of teachers are that Teachers are evaluated on the basis of the principle of, and on the basis of self-awareness and self-experience, and take the initiative to evaluate their performance and to identify personal development needs, formulating development goals, is a self-reflection, self-improvement. At present, the new curriculum also advocated the reform of teacher evaluation demonstrate to play, improve and encourage the function to promote the development of self-evaluation based Teacher evaluation. Therefore, in the evaluation system for teachers, teacher self-evaluation to occupy a very important position and that is a life-long education, one of the effective ways to promote the professional development of teachers.But by my analysis of a survey of teachers in primary and secondary schools at present there are still many problems with the implementation of self-evaluation, specific indications:(1) Schools and teachers with no enough emphasis on self-evaluation. In particular, attention is the school's relatively low level;(2) Different school locations, qualifications and teaching length impact the attitude of self-evaluation.Resting on the proposed formula B=f Lewin (P·E), People's behavior is the result of the interaction of individuals and the environment; so teachers are nothing more than personal self-evaluation factors and the environment. Specifically,the act of self-evaluation by the community of teachers, school environment and the impact of individuals. Economic status and occupational prestige of teachers is the main social factor .The school environment, including school management and the school culture; teachers, including teachers of career and personal nature awareness and understanding of the role of teachers. In the survey found self-evaluation of teachers by the school environment and their impact on the implementation of heavier, and the social impact relatively weak of these factors. The article concludes with recommendations to improve the teaching of self-evaluation mechanism. Specific mechanism to ensure a sound system and strengthen the management of career planning.
