Teachers should pay much attention to not only the development of students'intelligence factors but also that of their unintelligence ones in biology teaching. It is a complicated project to promote both students'intelligence and their unintelligence aspects.Unintelligence factors are able to motivate, adjust, direct and control psychological activities of students, so the training of unintelligence helps to develop students'intelligence. The best way of fostering both of them is to combine the instructing of knowledge, the developing of intelligence and the training of unintelligence aspects all into teaching activities. Since biology is a practical discipline very, it is certainly necessary for teachers to put stress on students'unintelligence training.The thesis begins with a brief introduction of development of intelligence and unintelligence aspects, then elaborates on the significant role of 5 factors of unintelligence aspect in learning process. The author, based on some examples of biology teaching in middle schools, expound how to strengthen unintelligence qualities from several respects, such as spurring the learning interest, clarifying the learning motives, developing students'positive emotions and the non-language communication in teaching. It has been proved that unintelligence qualities play an important part all along in learning, which, apart from being forceful spiritual impetus of students, enables their intelligence and creativity to develop sustainably.The author has done some limited explorations of unintelligence factors in teaching before. He\she will try his\her best to go with the stream of education reform in order to produce more students with inter-disciplinary knowledge and well-rounded abilities.
