Education should not only focus on outstanding students, but be geared to all,paying great attention to teach them in accordance with their aptitude. In theprocess of education and teaching, teachers must study the differences betweenstudents, discover their special skills, and develop their individualities to buildfoundation and provide condition for the growth of various talented people.Teachers should not only teach knowledge, and more important give themsupport and guidance to make them little detour and not fall into error in theirgrowing process.. As teachers, we must learn to appreciate students, especially thedisadvantages ones, give them opportunities to make them feel the joy of success,and get them grow in a happy, harmonious and loose environment. The biologicaleducation not only teaches students knowledge, and what is more important trainslearning ability, which is a exploration sprit.t. Only by teaching model of activedevelopment can students gain knowledge independently, fostering talentedstudents truly adapting to t modern society.This paper mainly uses literature research method, questionnaire method andaction research method. Through research the idea for all students and literatureson actively learning at home and abroad, I summarize the relevant experience andinsufficiency, at the same time, analyze the actual situation of our country’sbiology teaching in senior middle school and construct a teaching model of activestudy for all in senior middle school compared the biology teaching in developedcountries. Analyzing the practical case of biology teaching of senior middle schoolI teach in, I use two classes of four I teach as control classes, the other twoexperimental ones. In control classes using conventional teaching and experimentalplan in experimental classes, I questionnaire and compare the differences of resultafter one semester.The result indicates that the biology active learning model in senior middleschools for all students can make all students actively participate in study. By cultivating students’ ability of active study, all students can be developed andimproved, which promotes students’ enthusiasm of active study, improves theirlearning attitude and learning ways, and enhances their ability to make study goalsas well as develops learning plans. Students can more reasonably arrange time,enhance the ability of self study and cooperation and communication, improve thelearning interest after class, and perfect the ability of self-monitoring andself-assessment. Students can feel the joy of success in a harmony and looseteaching environment, enhance the learning self-confidence, and in all aspectsenhance their ability of comprehensive quality and thinking independently.
