Study On Construction Of High-level Talent Team In China's Agricultural Collegs And Universities

Based on the summary of precedented study, this paper regards the construction of high-level talent team as a systematic engineering and illustrates the construction of high-level talent team in agricultural colleges and universities form the systematic prospective.This paper analyzed how to strengthen the construction of high-level talent team in agricultural colleges and univeristies. First, the importance and feasibility of constructing the high-level talent team in agricultural colleges and univeristies should be fully understood. The significance of constructing high-level talent team in agricultural colleges and universities should be highly attached to from the current situation of home and abroad, the positioning of universities, the requrements for talent team with the development of times and social importance of constructing talent team. Second, the currenet situations of constructing high-level talent team in agricultural colleges and univeristies should be realized, especially the problems as well as the reasons existed in the construction of high-level talent team in agricultural colleges and universities. Third, ways to construct high-level talent team in agricultural colleges and univeristies should be studied. Generally speaking, there are two ways to construct the talent team: education of talents in the university and employment of talents. The study of the constructive stragety of talent team is based on two constructive ways of talents. Finally, this paper put forward some countermeasures on how to quicken the construction of high-level talent team in agricultural colleges and univeristies. In order to educate more high-level agricultual talents for the country and society, it must be guaranteed that the quality of teaching faculty in agricultural colleges and univeristies should be improved gradually.
