On The Innovation Of Talent Cultivation In Higher Agricultural Colleges And Universities From Perspective Of New Countryside Construction

Building a new socialist countryside is a great historic project in the process ofChina’s modernization drive. The report of17th National Congress of the CPC pointed out,as resolution of issues concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers has an overall impacton building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, we must always make it a toppriority in the work of the whole Party. However, both the development of agriculture,rural areas and the getting rich of farmers cannot be realized without education.Agricultural colleges and universities take the basic task of cultivating senior agriculturaltalents for the country and shoulder the historical mission of serving the building of a newsocialist countryside.This thesis makes a comprehensive analysis of personnel training problems inagricultural colleges and universities under the background of the efforts to build a newsocialist countryside adopting the methods of literature analysis, comparative analysis, caseanalysis, etc, which has obvious theoretical significance and practical significance.First of all, through the analysis of the connotation of building a new socialistcountryside and its relationship of inner function between agricultural colleges anduniversities, this thesis brings forward that the agricultural colleges and universities shouldserve the building of a new socialist countryside in different levels and in different waysand analyses the requirements of building a new socialist countryside in talent types,profession, knowledge, ability, quality and so on, which are considered to be therequirements of material progress, spiritual civilization, ecological civilization and politicalcivilization construction in a new socialist countryside to the agricultural colleges anduniversities, and they are also the features and advantages of the agricultural colleges anduniversities and even more the strategic choices for them for their own positioning andsustainable development.In the second place, this thesis sums up the experience of foreign agricultural collegesand universities in personnel training, mainly including accurate school-running orientation,clear training objectives, reasonable discipline structure, more comprehensive, stressing thecultivation of practical ability, attaching great importance to the individuality characteristiceducation and international education, etc, which have important reference value topromote talent training in agricultural colleges and universities of our country. The thesisas well analyzes the situations and present issues of the talents cultivation in Chineseagriculture universities and colleges from the following aspects: target orientation, reconstruction of major setting, curriculum system construction, practice teaching, teacherstaff construction, teaching system, the quality education and innovation education, etc.The talent cultivation practice exploration of Anhui Agricultural University is selected as atypical case in the article, which focuses on the analysis of target orientation,characteristics of school management, professional disciplines, curriculum system,teachers construction, teaching reform and the construction and practice of innovationimbark talent cultivation pattern, etc.Lastly, combining agricultural colleges and universities’ practice of personnel trainingreform in our country, this thesis puts forward the concrete reform measures of personneltraining innovation in Chinese agricultural colleges and universities, including:transforming ideas, strengthening the implement; accurate positioning, setting clearobjectives; deepening the reform, attributing comprehensively; adjusting structure,promoting transformation, optimization settings; strengthening teams, stimulating thedevelopment; devoting greater effort, promoting the reform of education; enhancing quality,integrated development; striving to innovate, leaping development.In conclusion, agricultural colleges and universities should take an active part in thetrend of the times, seizing the opportunities and riding the tide; make serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers an important task of development; implement the Party’seducational policy to the letter and firmly establish the thought of “with service as the tenet,achieving development in contribution”; strive to achieve leapfrog development and betterserve the building of a new socialist countryside.
