Ancient Greece is not only the origin of European civilization, but also the cradle of the education thought of the West. Socrates Plato and Aristotle were called the troika of the western education thought. With the influence of polis institution and the philosophy of Socrates, Plato inherited the thought of predecessors, and developed it. He came up with his own thought of juveniles education, which include that the different educational contents programs of different age bracket, moral education of juveniles, the effect of aristogenesis on the growth of juveniles, equality of juveniles education between the sexes, the harmony of the contents of juveniles education, ways and objective of juveniles education. All these thoughts structured the theory of juveniles education in the ancient society. Paying attention to education and management of juveniles is one of fine traditions in western society. Benefited from putting emphasis on education, ancient western society not only has classical culture of Athens polis, but also has Renaissance which produced lots of talents. From this meaning, placing emphasis on juveniles education is the basic power to promote further progress of western society.
