This paper discussed the intervention effects of aerobic exercise on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) patients. 80 NAFLD patients were selected as the subjects according to their clinical history data ,questionaire and individual liver supersonic examination. All the subjects were divided randomly into two groups .The exercise group carried out the exercise prescription regularly for 12 weeks, while the control group spent their days as usual without additional exercise. The weight, body composition, liver supersonic condition and some blood index which include blood lipid, blood glucose, free fatty acid, serum cholinesterase were examined before and after the aerobic exercise. The findings indicated that: firstly, aerobic exercise of 12 weeks can improve the liver supersonic conditions of NALFD.The researchers found that the total efficiency of the exercise group is 69.05%,while the total efficiency of the control group is 10.34%.There is a very remarkable difference between the two groups. Secondly, the weight of the exercise group decreased significantly after the experiment for the BMI,fat body weight and body fat percent age were all decreased while the fat-free body weight increased;thirdly,it can notablely lowered the FBG,TG and TC to make the serum HDL-C concentration rise but the level of serum LDL-C had the tendency of descending without the differences on statistics;fourthly,it can lower the level of blood free fatty acid and cholinesterase remarkably. We also found that regular aerobic exercise can raise the level of cardiac function of the exercise group. Conclusion:The applying of aerobic exercise can improve the liver supersonic images of NALFD subjects, reduce the weight of active body especially the fatty mass and lower the level of blood glucose and blood lipid. It also can interfere the fatty metabolism and glucose metabolism. The results mentioned above suggest that according to the exact condition of patients a scientific reasonable and individual exercise prescription should be designed by professionals and carried for a long time. This is an basic important safe and effective curing method for the prophylaxis and treatment of non-ALFD and worth to diffuse and use in community and in clinical ways.
