The Comparison And Analysis Of The Performance Level Between China And World's Elite Female Trampolines

The trampoline has drawn more and more country's attention since 1997 it has become the formal competition event in 2000sydeny Olympic game. Our country set the trampoline as an individual competition event from 1998. in the short time, trampoline has gained amazing achievement. But we should know this: our female trampoline's average performance level is low, didn't shape the advantage of collective competition, all of the achievement that we have gained is focus on one or two trampolines.The study is aim to find out the gap between Chinese and world's elite trampolines. So we will have distinct object in our trampoline training and improve the collective performance level of our female trampolines gradually, foster more competitive trampolines. The objects of the study are the 1-- 6th in the 2003 world tournament, 2004 Olympic game, 2004 national tournament, 2004 national championship respectively. The study combined with training closely, before the national trampoline team went to 2004 Olympic game I went to the national trampoline training base for more than one month and offered the technology service. 2004,10 I watch the 2004 national championship on-the-spot, This paper comes to the conclusion as follows through study and analysis by document, questionnaire, visiting, and statistics:(1). The gap of whole set exercise difficulty is come from action's twist and posture. At the action's twist, Chinese athlete have few twist actions than the world's elite athlete. At the action posture, Chinese athlete have few actions which performance by bent and straight posture(2).There is obvious gap in the movement quality between Chinese and world elite trampolines. The movement quality and standard of Chinese athlete are inferior to the world elite athlete. Our country's athlete have the follow mistakes: the technology is roughness, the compulsory routine is lack of artistry, beauty and individual characteristics.(3).There are excessive displacement in china athlete's action, the displacement bring too many deducted mark. The displacement is non-technology that rooted in incorrect technology and incorrect connect technology. The main reason is our athletes training time is not enough, in addition the negative move of original event, all this produce the incorrect, immature technology.(4). At the action height and height fluctuate of the whole set actions, Chinese athletes are superior to the world elite athlete. The action height is the factor that Chinese athlete improved most quickly.
