Reasonable, simple and effective is the pursuit of sports technique teaching,the innovation of teaching methods is the premise to complete the teaching task of constantly improve the quality of teaching and learning quality. The purpose of this study is to explore the new teaching methods to improve students’learning effect for the technique of Fosbury flop. According to the principle of high jump technology, design a new teaching model of Fosbury Flop Run-up and take-off process, controlling effectively in the run-up to the take-off leg curvature, angle, distance off, position and other aspects of strict.Using the method of experiment, Choosing the students of grade 2012 of Xi’an Physical Education University Department of physical education as the exp erimental object, shooting their high jump technique with high speed camera. U sing dartfish software to analysis the kinematics and dynamics parameters of thest udent’s high jump technique, analyzed and compared the two groups of experim ental data.Draw the following conclusions:1、By analysis the technical evaluation and the standard grades, the experiment al group is better than that of the control group, the whole controlling means of Run-up and take-off has played a positive role in improving the performance of high jump.2、On the approach stage, through the control of the curvature and arc run-up s traight turning, and the comparison of related data analysis the following conclusi ons can be drawn, The experimental group of the run-up speed and horizontal sp eed into the vertical velocityratio better than the control group.3、On the take-off stage, through comparison of the corresponding joint angl e of the take-off time, the take-off leg and swing of the leg and the various stage s of the height of center of gravity and other aspects of analysis of the data, dr aw the following conclusions that the data of the experimental group better tha n t-he control group, well prepared for the vacant store enough energy bar.
