On The Activity And Strategy Of Clubs In Guangxi Common Colleges

In Chinese colleges and universities, clubs appeared and developed gradually in the 90s, which is urged by high educational reform. During that time, colleges and universities in Guangxi province also set up some different kinds clubs according to the true conditions, which have made a great contributions for cultivating students'sport interest and impelling sport reform. But because of different economical level and hardware condition, there are issues appearing. This paper invests five colleges ----Guangxi University, Guangxi National Colleges, Guangxi Herbalist College, Guangxi University of Technology,Guangxi Teachers University----and analyzes management actuality, outlay actuality, hardware actuality, directors and club-members actuality, then draws the following conclusions:1. Clubs in the high educational institutions in Guangxi exist mainly as comprehensive sport clubs and sport activity clubs in the spare time. Comprehensive sport clubs pay more attention to cultivate students'exercise habit, form movement ideas for life; Sport activity clubs in the spare time emphasize the students'different sport needs and colorful sport forms.2. Comprehensive sport clubs are better than the sport activity clubs in the spare time in the whole. The former is the direction of clubs in colleges in the future.3. Sport clubs in the high institutions in Guangxi lack of hardware and outlay, which don't meet the demand of sport activity. The most important managing work in the future is to diversify the investment and improve the sport hardware.4. The system of inviting application for job isn't perfected, which lags behind the condition and need further perfection.5. Sport club's items must suit for the need of students'development. Schoolboys like competitive, skilled and challenge items, but schoolgirls like little competitive, deft items.
