With the development of China's socialist market economic construction, the life-level of people has improve gradually, multiform sport fitness club well up all of the China which can satisfy the needs of buildup habitude and exercise body and also enlarge the consumptive demand with the form of the third industrial.Xiamen is one of the special economic zone which first set up, the article`s research object is the 366 sport fitness customers (female 192, male176), 48 Body-building instructor (female 25, male 23) and management of 10 sport fitness club of Xiamen by use of the law of documents and materials, questionnaire investigation method, expert's investigation method and so on. The research result as follows:Firstly, the private enterprise is the main economy style of Xiamen`s sport fitness club with many kinds of economic types of share type enterprise, state-owned enterprise and Sino-foreign joint venture.Secondly, the geography location of Xiamen`s sport fitness club is mainly lie in propagate shopping center, seldom locate in any other region which flat comparatively.Thirdly, the coach of Xiamen`s sport fitness club is mainly come from sport college of Jimei University and many high school`s and elementary school`s gym teacher which hold junior or above degree. Their hour income vary with the instruction event, guide competence and the enjoy degree of consumer. In general, the income of appliance instructor is lower than other event`s fitness coach. In addition, the basis continuing education approach of coach is to consult sport college teachers or study some new information of fitness .Fourthly, the consumer rate of Xiamen`s sport fitness club is that female has a higher rate than male; in structure of age, the main consumer is the youth and wrinkly which aged from 20 to 49, the exploitation event of club is base on the needs of youth,; in degree and occupation, those consumer usually have junior college or above degree, and have stabilization job.Fifthly, the consume motivation of consumer mostly concentrate on joviality body and mind, reduce inspirit pressure, buildup body, enhance health and improve physique etc.
