In recent years, with the improvement of people's life level in our country, townsmen pay more attention to sport and exercise, community sport not only becomes the direction of sport for all, but also one of most important parts in community construction. But because of the effect made by political system, what's more, lack of long-time experience, studies on the developing theories of community sport are very feeble.This study takes Liuzhou city as sample, especially focuses on some communities, and uses many methodologies to analyze the community sport level, issues and development strategy.Conclusion:1 In the communities of Liuzhou city, lack of professional sport-managers and perfect sport organizations, rest on the level in the planned economy period. Spontaneous sport organizations play too much role and can't comply with people's sport demands.2 Lake of sport facilities and places in Liuzhou communities, field issues still are bottle-neck problems which lead sport organizations not to gather people to exercise.3 During the period of development, Liuzhou didn't rebuild new movement field instead of the destroyed ones.4 Expenditures on sport have become new tendency in Liuzhou city. Townsmen need more and more pay-served sport organizations, the condition that set up nonprofit sport organizations has matured.5 Community club is a kind of good nonprofit-organization form, which suits middle and small cities, for example Liuzhou, what's more, it is worth learning and extending.
