Investigation And Countermesure Research On Donywan Middle School Teaching Staff Current Construction

The Dongwan has put forward to establish itself a strong city in education in Guangdong province .To realize the education modernization firstly in gongdong province in 2010 ,the key point is construction of the teacher .Through the investagation and analysis of the teacher's number,structure,quality and other aspects .We found that the teacher's construction of middle school in Guangdong province existed a lot of problems at present : The small quantity of the authorized teachers, the great working stress ,overburden of mentality ,the disproportion of the teacher in compulsory education and the whole quality of the teacher can't meeting the need of education modernization completely .To deal with these problems in the middle school ,we will take some countermeasures in the following aspects:reforming the personnel system, constructing harmonious environment ,improving on morality of teachers ,implementing teacher's continuing education , reforming assessment system of the teacher and so on .We also must improve the construction of the teacher's qualification and make it meet the need of the education modernization .
