Education is the cornerstone of the social progress, the national revitalizationand world’s harmony. Only we have good education, to have good national; Onlygood teachers, in order to have the good education. Through improve the teachers’quality and capability, and strive to the high-quality professional teachers’ noblemorality, business skills, we can promote quality education and improve the quality ofeducation. And make the important protection of the nation overall quality.In recentyears, the construction of Datong middle school has been some improvement, but thedevelopment of education is still relatively backward. Datong Middle School Teachersimbalance of resource allocation, especially prominent, due to the impact of economic,institutional and geographical factors, especially the gap between the schools, whichto some extent caused by the waste of educational resources, hinder education rationalallocation of resources, resulting in unfair education.In this paper, I use questionnaire, interview, literature and comparative lawresearch methods. And make the problem of the existence of Datong Middle SchoolTeachers as the theme. The basis of this paper are modern educational theory, humancapital theory, educational resources, teachers construction concept premises.Then Ianalysis the construction of the Datong middle school teachers in recent years. On thisbasis, starting from the indicators of teachers structure, the quality of teachers,teaching environment and teachers quality,Then I make a comparative analysis of theoverall situation of the construction in Datong middle school teachers.Finding someproblems in Datong Middle School Teachers problems. Then summed up the reasonsfor these problems from the government, society, schools and individual teachers, andfrom the development of sound policies and systems, increased educational funding toimprove the economic and social status of teachers and the reform of teacherevaluation and supervision system exploratory solution ideas and measures, hoping toprovide some valuable suggestions for the teachers’ construction in Datong middleschool.
