The enhancement of science universal education and the improvement of science qualification among all ethnic groups , especially teenager becomes the basic project which continuously strengthen the nation's innovation and competence. The science education teacher is the direct organizer to guide the science education activity among the youth and they work for stimulating the children's interests on science education. Therefore, the hard work which aims at improving the quality of science education teachers and the establishment of science education teachers who have high qualification is great important to carry out the science education among the youth. According to the careful study on the current situation and exsisting problems of science education teacher's procession construction , it is a meaningful work.To enhance the science education teacher's procession construction is a commonplace problem. Both educaion departments and schools identify this problem is one of the key works. However the problem is faced on the situation that both educaion departments and schools emphasizes on pretence but neglects science education teacher's procession construction. As such ,this dissertation brings into focus both the theories and practics experience in western country and the aim to gain a better perspective by categorizing their existing problems in our science education teacher's procession construction. On the basis of this investigation and interviews ,it delves deeper to analyze the currenting situation of science education teacher's procession construction in Chang Ning district in an attempt to uncover the inner factors from educational department ,school, trainning department and teachers. In addition ,it also aims to give advice to deal with the problems. The mainly issues covered in this dissertation are how to broadern the ways of choosing science education teacher ,how to settle down the unefficiency which exists in the science education teacher's training course ,as well as how to establish the perfect value system on science education teachers' work.The structure of the dissertation comprises the following parts: the first is introduction .It presents the reasons why I choose this topic. It not only difines the key words but also summarizes and analyzes the current research both in domestic and abroad. It also lays out the methodology and framwork of this research. The second part examines the current situation of teachers' procession construction.Through statistical investigation and interviews, it garners the problems which to be solved. ,such as the science education teacher's training course which lacks the efficiency, the value system on science education teacher's work needs to be improved, the ways of choosing science education teacher is so narrow and etc. At the last part of the paper, in the light of present situation, the paper points out the corresponding tactics on three levels ,that is education department ,school and training department. The tactics are the enhancement of teacher's procession construction, the opening model of choosing science education teachers, the improvement of valuation system on science education teachers'works, the establishment and improvement of the teacher's continuous training . In conclusion , it is the author's point of view that the study is of great help to enhance the science education in CHANG NING district and strengthen the science education teacher's procession construction.
