Study On The Sustainable Development Of The Vocational Education In Henan Province

After the open-reform, the vocational educations of our province keeps develop healthy. It tries to adapt the reform of socialist market economy system and meet the need of industry structural adjusting not only in scales and level but also in major adjust and structures of teacher's qualified. It built a basic system with elementary, junior and senior connecting among each other. It also communicates normal educations, adult educations, diploma educations and professional training promoting simultaneously .The vocational education throughout Henan Province, formerly poor, nowadays strong, made great achievements. It provides many talents and intellectual contributions for economic construction. This paper, considering current situation of our province, analyze the reasons why vocational education had under gone long-term progress, on the basis of this, paper also discuss tendency and way-out of vocational education developing constantly under the new situation.
