A Study On The Development And Current Situation Of Volleyball In Henan Middle School

Volleyball sport in Middle schools consists of volleyball teaching, volleyball as extracurricular sports activities, volleyball training after class and volleyball competition, etc. City middle schools have abundant human and material resources in Henan province, and those resources such as the number of people, ground and equipment provide convenient conditions for volleyball sport."Chen Guang"volleyball sports competition in Henan province does not only improve the students'volleyball technique level, but also draws more students'attention to participating in volleyball sport, which enriches the students'cultural life.The theory of sustainable development is proposed in that our survival is threatened by the environment and natural resources. It is regarded as the target and mode of human long-term development. Education takes the responsibility of cultivating builders and successors for the socialist modernization, so it is indisputable that we must insist on the way of sustainable development. Therefore, it is necessary and practically meaningful to apply the basic theory of sustainable development into the practice of the volleyball sport in city middle school of Henan province reasonable and the analysis of the existing problems.Based on the research methods of literature review, data statistics, questionnaire and logic analysis, this thesis makes a comprehensive investigation on 30 city middle schools'volleyball sport of Henan province. The major findings of the present research are as follows:1. The basic theoretical framework of sustainable development of middle school volleyball sport in Henan province mainly consists of the concept, connotation, characteristics and basic principle of sustainable development.2. The primary factors that influence the sustainable development of Henan volleyball sport are the value degree of the school leaders, physical education teachers, influential games, facilities, and the time of students'participation in volleyball activity, etc.(1) The city middle school leaders in Henan province should change their minds and realize the extensive value of volleyball sport, which can promote the development of volleyball sport..(2) The number of female physical education teachers is comparatively few in Henan province city middle schools. Their degrees are ideal, but the professional volleyball teachers are not enough, thus the training opportunities should be increased so as to improve other professional physical education teachers'degree of familiarity with the volleyball sport. The perfection of physical education teachers'volleyball training can improve the teachers'professional level and coaching ability, which actually provides the guarantee for the sustainable development of volleyball sport..(3) The large-scale volleyball competitions held in Henan province city middle school every year are very few, especially the influential ones. The frequencies of the grassroots competition between the class and grade in internal school, or between schools in the same city should be increased. That is, we should enhance the students'chances to participate in volleyball games.(4) Having no time to participate in volleyball activities is an important factor in restricting the sustainable development of volleyball. Only when enough time is provided, can the students fully master the tactics and have fun in volleyball sport. Relevant departments should strive to guarantee the students'one-hour exercise and take some powerful supervision measures.(5) Some schools'current ground and equipment cannot meet the requirement of teaching and extracurricular sports activities of volleyball in Henan province to a certain extent, which hinders the development of volleyball sport. Relevant departments should enhance their investment and make great efforts to develop volleyball sport.3. The sustainable development of the school volleyball contributes a lot to the sustainable development of Chinese volleyball, lying in the increase of volleyball population and the back-up talents.(1) Strengthen the development of the middle school volleyball sport and expand the young volleyball population, and then stimulate the increase of other age group's volleyball population, which lay the foundation for the sustainable development of mass volleyball in our country.(2) The main purposes of establishing the extracurricular volleyball team and training them after class are to improve the students'sports technical level and cultivate volleyball back-up talents for the sustainable development of Chinese volleyball sport.
