Inner Mongolia National Vocational Education Sustainable Development Research

The ethical vocational education is the footstone of a rapid advanced economical development of a nation as well as the path to inherit the national culture and the stepping stone of the national comprehensive strength. The author investigated the current situation of ethical education in Inner Mongolia National Institute of Computer and Hohhot Vocational Colleague which are both located in Inner Mongolia and then the author worked out the first draft of this thesis by means of combining of field research, method of literature, interview survey and questionnaire surveys etc. Taking the background of that Inner Mongolia is an autonomous region of Mongolian minority nationality, the author focused on subjects as follows:the current situation of ethical education nowadays, problems occur during the developing process; whether any measures being taken to inherit the national culture during the development; does the ethnic education is possible to be more efficient; which are the options to carry out an sustainable development on ethnical educationThe article is composed by introduction, main body, conclusion and appendix. The main body includes four chapters e.g. chapter one which introduce the theoretical basis of the ethnic education development; chapter two which introduce the current situation of two survey sites and the analysis as per the conclusion; chapter three which introduce three proposals to how to gain a sustainable development of the ethnic education in Inner Mongolia.
