With the progress of the times, there is growing concern about the education of every individual, focusing on the improvement of the overall quality of education. Therefore, the research on the issue of students with learning difficulties will turn into great concern in pedagogy, psychology, and other research areas.Taking Huangshi XiaLu Middle School as an example, this research makes a tracking study on students with learning difficulties in China's secondary schools and conducted in-depth long-term investigation on junior middle school students with learning difficulties through the integrated use of questionnaires, interviews, observation and other methods. Students with learning difficulties mainly have three statuses of the characteristics.â‘ Learning: academic performance is unsatisfactory and learning behavior is worrying;â‘¡psychological: the low level of mental health and adolescent issues become prominent;â‘¢behavior: emotional tiredness is serious and dull sense of discipline.As with the formation of reasons of junior middle school students with learning difficulties, the academic community has had a lot of concern about this. According to more than a year of research and experiment, the author try to analyze the causes of learning difficulties by pedagogy perspective, from four major aspects: the students themselves, families, schools and society. First, having their own psychological and learning conditions is the fundamental reason for the junior high school students with learning difficulties, secondly, the improper expectations and bad family education from the family members is another reason; thirdly, the schools' education and evaluation system is also important reason. Finally, the negative social and unhealthy trend of public opinion on the conversion of students with learning difficulties caused obstacles.Similarly, according to the formation of students with learning difficulties the author puts forward reasonable and feasible Countermeasures conversion, mainly in the following three aspects. Family: Parents should more provide children with a relaxed learning environment , give them understanding and encouragement from the child's point of view, and create a good family atmosphere.. Schools: Schools should have a correct understanding for their own work and students with learning difficulties take the initiative to adjust the content of courses, improve evaluation methods; and enrich curriculum activities vigorously relying on the school committee, associations and other institutions .Schools should strengthen the operational level of the contingent of teachers' training, at the same time schools should strengthen the improvement of the overall quality of teachers. Social aspects: common concern for students with learning difficulties in the entire society. Providing a more relaxed and warmer environment for public opinion.Purified campus and surrounding environment at the same time, and creation of a harmonious campus in the end.
