A Study On The Innovation In Management Of University Students Societies

In recent years, with the rapid development of our national higher education and high quality requirement of undergraduates, the university students societies with the specifics of open, conscious, independent, amusing, professional and objective, on the basis of the expection of being elites and the common bobbies of those undergraduates organized and activated spontaneously accords with the demands of the development of the era, and develops greatly and its importance become more and more apparent. Facing to the challenge of new era, the requirement to get resources further reformed, strengthen and improve the management of university students societies administer and guide them to a virtuous development in a more scientific and effective way is not only the pressing demand to adapt the development of higher education reformation and devote major efforts to developing quality education, but also the significant task faced in the talent cultivation of university and construction of campus culture in new era.Adopting the methods of empirical and comparative analyses, this paper firstly includes the university students societies as an organic subject in the sphere of public administration, guided by the public management theories, taking some selected universities in Lanzhou area as a sample, through the detailed analysis and investigation, gave a detailed exposition of university students societies from its development, existing problems and causes analysis, and through the comparative analysis between American and Chinese university students societies, the paper focuses on the management of university students societies in the new era, starting from the following six aspects of leadership, security, service, appraisal, incentive system and the long-term educating people system, we will strive to continuously improve and innovate our long-term management of university students societies, providing some reference and help to the new development of university students societies and to the actual work to strengthen and improve the management of university students societies, optimizing the management mechanism and creating a healthy and elegant campus culture, overwhelmingly enhancing the work of educating people in universities, furthering the exploration in the quality education as well as found out referential models with common features.
