Nowadays,most primary and secondary schools are constantly promoting quality education,and the cultural life of campus in students is becoming increasingly abundant.The new activity curriculum has gradually become an important channel for improving the overall quality of pupils,cultivating students 'aesthetic ability,and expanding their vision.Music,an important part of aesthetic education,plays an irreplaceable role in the development of children's aesthetic habits and living attitudes.Therefore,pedagogical methods different from the traditional classroom-teaching appeared in schools In this article,these various forms of extracurricular music activities will be proclaimed as music societies.This is the core of the Xinghualing District of Taiyuan experimental primary school as an example to study the organization and management of the music community in the school.The rich variety,the freedom chosen of the students,the completeness of hardware facilities and concentrated in the age of between 31-40 years of the most teachers have become the most prominent features of the school music societies.A leadership team was set up for musical societies of the school to manage the establishment of teachers and courses.After investigation and analysis,the author found that there are some minor problems in the organization and management of the musical societies.The main part is that some teachers are dissatisfied with the treatment,and they are prone to fatigue for taking up multiple positions.They were short of class and students could not be satisfied.Mainly in modern art;It is not perfect of evaluation system and so on.The writer combines theoretical knowledge with teaching practice and puts forward suggestions for the organization and management of music societies,so as to promote the development of the music community..We reached a conclusion through a series of investigations and practices in the last.:It will help students overcome difficulties when they join the music community,their attitude of learning and life will be more positive;The teschers issues should be handled carefully and accord to the effet shown of the music clubs to give teachers encouragemen;class hours should be extended slightly and put some traditional arts;the schools should pay attention to each growing student and fully consider the needs of students;increases the funds for the activities,hold events organizedly and designedly,and completes the evaluation system so as to promote the sound development of the music community.
