Management Mechanism Of University Students' Affairs

Colleges and universities are important places to instruct the professional knowledge and culture to the students, which is also the important base to provide scientific management, high education and high-effect service to the students. The management of college student affairs is especially important. The Effective operation of Students transaction management mechanism is also of our issues of concern.The first part is the introduction. It describes the reason for management mechanism of university students from the background and significance of study, and elaborates the recent research result for the thesis topic from China to abroad. Meanwhile, the research method, main content and innovations provide the basis for the latter in the paper.The second part is the body of the article. This section consists of five chapters. The first chapter is an overview of transaction management mechanisms of the system. There are the concept of students'affairs management system and students' affairs management, which leads to the content and features management of student affairs, the development trend of management of student affairs, the composition of student affairs management system, and the theory of value of effective operation mechanism of the management of student affairs. In this part, the transaction managemen system focuses on the four major mechanisms:dynamic mechanism, security mechanism, operating mechanism and evaluation mechanisms. The second chapter is building a dynamic mechanism of student affairs administration. This chapter talks about the dynamic structure features and dynamic mechanism, and analyze the dynamic transaction management of the existing mechanisms for students, further proposes improve the management of student affairs dynamic mechanism from the accurate policy-oriented mechanism, the appropriate interest-oriented mechanism,the great spirit of power mechanism, intense competition and timely innovation mechanism. The third chapter is on the construction of safeguard mechanism of college students' affairs administration. In this chapter talked about security mechanism from the meaning of safeguard mechanism and the type of guarantee mechanism, and analysis the guarantee mechanism of the present students'affairs management. Further this paper proposes that improving the safeguard mechanism of college students' affairs administration from the building of mechanism of professional team, powerful mechanism of organization guarantee, convenient mechanism of service safeguard and coordinate mechanism of system guarantee. The fourth chapter is the management operation mechanism of student affairs, in this chapter, it described the characteristics and principles of the operating mechanism, and analyzes the current college students of transaction management operating system, further proposes that improving the management of student affairs operation mechanism from the organizational safeguards, logistics, service assurance mechanisms and security mechanisms.The fifth Chapter is the management of student affairs assessment mechanisms building. In this chapter, expounded the principles and meanings of assessment mechanisms starting with the direction principle, and analysis the existing mechanism management of student affairs assessment, further proposed improve the management of student affairs assessment mechanisms from the evaluation mechanisms and incentives construction.The third part is the conclusion. The author further affirms the architecture of the students'transaction management system is made from the power system, security mechanism, operating mechanism and evaluation mechanism, and gives the conclusions of the content, characteristics and the policy of the four mechanisms.
