According to the entrustment-agency theory, the game theory, the theory of credit risk management, this article has studied the risk prevention of state educational loans to the state colleges and universities, through normative analysis, empirical analysis and comparative study of methods.First, this article has analyzed the existence of the higher state educational loans risk. The delinquency phenomenon of state educational loans has caused enormous risks and losses not only to the institutions (banks), but also to the host colleges and universities. With the new model of the national educational loans operation, the colleges and universities not only have to bear the risk of default resulting from the compensation, but also to face hidden security risks, social reputation, future sector recruits, and management of risks and losses.Secondly, this article has analyzed the various reasons for the higher risk of state educational loans. A macro system and social causes; Micro aspects of a student's subjective and objective reasons as well as the colleges and universities their own reasons.Finally, the paper explored in the colleges and universities to establish the perfect management of the national system organizations in the strengthening of the former-student education loans and credit assessment guide; Credit for student loans in a credit file and the reward and punishment mechanism; After a student loan guarantor in the system, with loans student loan bonds to achieve risk control purposes. In the basis of this study, the article has made the higher risk prevention mechanisms. At the same time, to establish a risk prevention support system of the national educational loans about the colleges and universities, the colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of these disciplines and employment guidance, and the government should perfect the national educational loans management system.
