National advance of science and technology and innovative capacity depend on the level of national scientific accomplishment. The key of Improving national scientific accomplishment is science education in school.Scientific knowledge is the logic basis of science education. Although in the science education in China, what counts most is the impartment of scientific knowledge, imparting what kind of scientific knowledge and how to impart scientific knowledge deserve reflection. The different views of scientific knowledge effect on view of science education. Therefore, it is very important to the effective implementation of the science education that proper grasp of scientific knowledge. In this paper, the different views of people on the properties of science knowledge from the age of classical science view to the age of postmodern science view was reviewed. Classical science view holds that scientific knowledge has the properties of "objectivity","universality","neutralization","empirication" and "cumulative growth". But postmodern science view holds that scientific knowledge has the properties of "constructiveness","contextual situation","relativity","valuableness","cultural characters" and so on.Binding with tradition and present situation of science education in China, in writer's opinion, it appears some crisis and malady in the science education in China: emphasizing the science and belittling the liberal arts, emphasizing the social value and belittling the personal development, non-scientific science education methods, deletion of scientific spirit. It will inevitably effect the whole lifting of science quality and development level of national S&T in future.The author proposes the following suggestions basing on the view of postmodern scientific knowledge: deepening understand and grasp of the properties of scientific knowledge, so as to transform science education ideas. We can reach the sustainable development of national S&T development level through establishment of diversification of scientific culture view, paying attention to the demand of students' scientific research and so on to promote integrated scientific quality.
