The concept of self efficiency sensitivity was first brought forward by American social psychologist Mr. Albert.Bandura. He believes self efficiency sensitivity is a key determinant to the exertion of individual human potential, which is also the core of human principle factor, and infiltrate and disperse all aspects of human activities. It not only decides individual human life trace, the mode of thinking, sentiment and other motivations, but also decides the individual reaction when stimulated by crisis, failure, tension or other negative circumstances. For teenage students, school is their main life ground, while studying is their main task and activity. So for them, learning self efficiency sensitivity takes important effect on their life.The new course goal of Chemistry released by Ministry of Education requires students are capable to plan, think, evaluate and adjust during their own chemistry learning to improve their ability of self chemistry learning. To achieve this goal requires students must have story chemistry learning self efficiency sensitivity. However, influenced by long term examination-oriented education, a part of students, what a certain amount of students got is the failure experience of the school studying, which resulted low learning self efficiency sensitivity and their progressing is blocked.By combining with other's research result and psychology education theory and self efficiency sensitivity, the purpose of my research is to fundamentally build up an education mode of training learning self efficiency during teaching chemistry, especially by referring to the characteristics and requirement of chemistry for senior grade three and the special psychology of senior grade three students. Also this research is to observe the feasibility and validity of this training mode by one year education pratice, and based on this to discover the efficient approach and method to bring up senior student's learning self efficiency sensitivity.This research consists of two parts.Part one: work out a reliable and efficient chart of measuring learning self efficiency sensitivity of Senior grade three students, which is to provide a measuring gist of checking up the result of student's self efficiency sensitivity during the experiment.Part two: based on part one, according to the influence factors formed by learning self efficiency sensitivity, adopt multi teaching strategies to train the learning self efficiency sensitivity on students during the chemistry teaching to Senior grade three students. Meanwhile, make research and analysis on the training efficiency of learning self efficiency sensitivity and the influence of this training efficiency to students learning self efficiency sensitivity, learning motivation, and exam result.Research proves that student's learning self efficiency sensitivity closely connects with the exam scores. At mean time, actualize relevant training on the promotion of learning self efficiency sensitivity: attempt to make chance to let students feel succeed; inspire student's learning motivation from inside; make positive comments to students; form a scientific test system; make students successful during outdoor discovery; guide students to make positive attribution. The result shows the students learning self efficiency sensitivity and exam scores are promoted by one year's training.Meanwhile, among all the chemistry knowledge modules (for senior three, there are five modules: basic conception, basis theory, organic chemistry, chemistry calculation and chemical experiment), the promotion of student's learning self efficiency sensitivity has different influence on the degree of absorption of knowledge.
