Tutorship is an important part in the service system of long-distance education, and is related to the course directly. In this dissertation, the author start with surveys on the current situation of face-to-face tutorship classes of Yueqing TVU of Zhejiang, with observation of online tutoring activities at course BBS and course Webpage at the on-line platform; then the author summarizes general problems in guidance by interviewing, questionnaire and network surveys. With these problems in mind, the author carried out an action research, in which the experimental course named "Computer Application Basis" was designed with tentative tutoring activities. In the process of the action research, the author acted as a tutor applies the tutoring activities in the courses teaching, and verified the effect of the tutoring activities on the course. Finally, on the basis of investigation and practice, the author bringed forward some recommendations on how to improve TVU teaching tutorship in the network environment.The uniqueness of this paper is that it puts forward new ideas for teaching tutorship design based on "Computer Application Basis" teaching practice. The design follows the concept of blending learning, is based on three-dimensional classroom teaching, combines the six elements of Autonomous Learning to design learning facilitating events, and promotes effective learning through interactive.The core of the design is to train the three skills of students'. Moreover, from the perspective of the instructional system design, the paper brings forward some reasonable suggestions to improve the tutoring service system for the TVU.
