Since the1990s, with the rise of electronic information and communication technologyrevolution, computer multimedia and network technology as the representative of IT, such asthe rapid development of avalanche. Distance education in the new context also been given anew meaning and significance. To the network as the representative of the modern distanceeducation to meet the needs of learners, while also promoting the cultivation of students’ self-learning ability, to realize the construction of lifelong learning system. Modern distanceeducation, teaching resources and learning support services are two systems of distanceeducation, and improve learning support services play an important role in the quality assuranceof distance education. Learning Support Services is based in distance education as a bridgebetween teachers and students, and for improving the quality and efficiency of distanceeducation, promote mutual communication between teachers and students to ensure the smoothprogress of teaching activities is important.This study was designed to study the theory and practice support services conductedin-depth research, mainly through access to distance education and learning support servicesrelated literature to such information as the research base, the recent study summarizestheoretical support services. The study also Shenyang Normal University, full-timeundergraduate questionnaire, get a lot of data, through analysis of the data, understand thestatus of the application Shenyang Normal comprehensive online teaching and learning platformsupporting role services play in the platform and found one of the problems, given theappropriate advice and recommendations, thereby improving platforming learning supportservices, promote the realization of its functions.This paper is divided into five chapters altogether. The first chapter is the introduction,introduces the research background, research ideas, significance and research methods, toprepare for the study. The second chapter is the theoretical part, the main theory of learningsupport services in recent years to organize, and to define the concepts given to give theoreticalsupport for the follow-up study. The third chapter describes the implementation of acomprehensive online teaching Shenyang Normal platform, a brief summary of the basicconditions of platform features, functions and operating modes. The fourth chapter is part of theinvestigation, the analysis of the current situation through questionnaires and interviews,summed up the problems of the platform. The fifth chapter is part of countermeasures by theresearch front, to develop appropriate countermeasures and suggestions to improve the platformfor learning support services. Finally, throughout the study are summarized, summed up a comprehensive network teaching platform Shen teacher of learning support services, advantagesand disadvantages, put forward his own inadequacies in the study, and future research arediscussed.
